Founded in 1913, Olds College has been offering quality hands-on education for over a century. While students will sit in classrooms, some of the best hands-on learning is done in nature or in one of Olds College's state-of-the-art simulation, computer and science labs. Olds College has played a leadership role in applied research activity aimed at advancing innovation-based rural economic development in Alberta. The average class has 25 students, so that students can get to know their classmates and professors in a personalised learning environment.
