Description

Whether students decide to work abroad or remain close to home the skills they acquire in the Hospitality and Tourism Management program will prepare them with a solid management focused education allowing them to be employable in many businesses around the world. This unique 15 month accelerated diploma program requires students to complete work experience components along with an applied management residency.

Students also host a number of industry events on campus throughout their studies and participate in numerous field trips where they receive first hand knowledge from industry professionals! Students wrap up the program with two paid industry work experience terms and a final capstone project to demonstrate their supervisory and management experience while providing customer service excellence to guests.

The accelerated program option—that includes 8 consecutive months of classes, a 5 month paid work experience, and a capstone project—is ideal for students who are retraining for a new career, or want to complete their diploma more rapidly and join the workforce as quickly as possible.

For direct admission, applicant must be from an English speaking country or meet either of the following English test scores:

  • Min TOEFL iBT: 80 (Min Reading: 18.0, Min Writing: 18.0, Min Listening: 18.0, Min Speaking: 18.0)
  • Min IELTS overall: 6 (Min Reading: 5.5, Min Writing: 5.5, Min Listening: 5.5, Min Speaking: 5.5)
  • Min Duolingo English Test Score: 105

NOTE: Applicants interested in applying for direct admission, but are yet to complete an acceptable language test, can do so, but must provide valid results before receiving a final offer letter.
