About us

Since its inception in 1969, Holland College has been committed to providing the best quality programs and services to its clients. Since opening its doors in September of that year, it has grown from 102 students to approximately 2500, including 250 international students, spread across its five campuses. Each year, Holland welcomes students from a broad range of ages and education backgrounds to college centres across the province of Prince Edward Island. At Holland College, student success is top priority. As a college community, Holland believes that students achieve the success they want and deserve through the high quality of their programs, instructional staff and facilities, and the motivation this learning environment provides. Holland is committed to ensuring that students have the skills and expertise they require for successful employment in today's marketplace.

The College's diploma and certificate programs have achieved international recognition for their combination of theory, competency based and hands-on training and reputation for innovative, quality programming that continues to grow. Holland College programs consist of practical, industry driven curriculum that prepares students to enter their chosen field with confidence.

The West Prince campus is home to some business programs.

  • Athletics: Holland College's varsity athletics teams, the Hurricanes, have won numerous regional and national titles. Students can play on club level sports and a variety of recreational and intramural sports as well.
