The Dental Assistant certificate is a 10-month program that prepares students to write the National Dental Assisting Examining Board exam prior to registering with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC.
The spring Preventative Clinic at College of the Rockies sees over 300 patients each year, providing students with plenty of hands-on experience. Students will also take part in two three-week practical experiences in a dental clinic which will further prepare them for a career in dental work.
