The Master of Public Policy & Administration: Social Change Leadership concentration prepares graduates to head government and community efforts that advance a more just society. The program trains students in the core theory, research methods, applied skills, and field experience they need to address intolerance, discrimination, and inequality.
The innovative program addresses the content areas for public policy and administration programs defined by the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA), along with unique training in domains not found in other programs, such as community psychology and communications.
Canada offers its citizens and residents the experience of living in a society that strives for social justice and inclusion, yet many remain marginalized, oppressed, and disenfranchised. Adler University’s Social Change Leadership concentration offers students the knowledge and skills to advocate for policy and programmatic reforms needed to address inequities and injustice.
