About us

Federation University is one of Australia’s oldest universities. The University is known today for its modern approach to teaching and learning. For 150 years, Federation University has been reaching out to new communities, steadily building a generation of independent thinkers united in the knowledge that they are greater together.

Berwick is the newest campus, located around 40km south east of the Melbourne CBD, easily accessible by metro train. Berwick’s multi-level campus combines modern buildings and innovative facilities with spacious landscaped surroundings – everything students need to make the most of their time there.
