If you are seeking a music education, you can choose it as a major (4-year degree) or complete a concentration (3-year degree) in music.

You will find courses in choral, vocal, orchestral, band, and keyboard music and music lessons in voice and all instruments. In addition, courses in conducting, arranging, music pedagogy, church music, composition, music history, music theory and music therapy are available. Music study at Concordia University of Edmonton prepares you for a variety of different occupations. Our graduates have gone on to teach privately and work in music-related fields, including music therapy, recording and arts administration.
