Description

The BS program in nutrition with a concentration in human nutrition provides students with a strong foundation in nutrition and science that prepares them for careers in public or community health programs and clinical or graduate research programs.

 

In addition to providing a strong foundation in medical nutrition therapy, the coursework includes anatomy, physiology, chemistry and microbiology. Students gain knowledge of nutritional concepts that health care professionals sometimes lack.
