UNBC's faculty provides their  students with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage the people in an organization. Human resources management is a professional field that is growing rapidly in Canada and there are many career opportunities within this exciting field. The minimum requirement for completion of a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resources Management is 120 credit hours.
