The U of L offers the only undergraduate degree in public health in Alberta. Successful completion of the 4-year (40 courses) program earns students a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree. Through course work and hands-on experience, public health at the U of L will provide students with the skills and tools needed to prevent disease/injury and to promote, and protect the health and well-being of Canadians and populations across the globe.
