This program consists of a pathway program offered by INTO at the International Study Centre for Queen's University Belfast followed by entry into a university program offered at the Queen's University Belfast. In your international foundation year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon successful completion of the pathway program.

The International Foundation Year in Business, Humanities and Social Sciences will provide you with the skills and tools necessary for success in an undergraduate degree in a plethora of fields. During your time at Queen's University Belfast, you will study core subjects as well as optional subjects intentionally crafted for your chosen field of study. All of these skills will be key for future academic success at Queen's University Belfast.

The Film Studies and Production degree at Queen’s aims to introduce you to the widest possible experience of film production and culture through the integration of filmmaking and critical thinking. You will acquire advanced knowledge and skills in digital production, screenwriting, directing, and sound design. Throughout the programme your practice-based learning is framed by the study of film concepts, critical contexts, and current industrial practices. This approach encourages our students to become critical practitioners with ideas and positions that can be articulated effectively in the language of film and digital media, allowing them to specialise in specific areas and enhance their employability potential within the media and creative industries sector.
