Over 1,000 students from 30 countries attend ELPI each year. It’s a program full of options and opportunities, where students can focus on general or academic English classes and pursue a pathway to University of Victoria degree programs through the "University Admission Preparation" level.

Program features:

• 30 study hours per week
• 6 class levels, from Upper Beginner to University Admission Preparation
• General and academic English options 
• Weekly elective classes to focus on specialized skills/interests 
• IELTS and TOEIC Preparation elective classes
• Access to the ELC Learning Centre before/after classes
• "International Culture and Conversation" workshops
• Free and optional activities
• Homestay accommodation and meals with a carefully selected local family
• "Certificate of Participation" and a Record of Grade upon completion
