The Bachelor of Science degree in health education prepares teachers to impact students in grades 6-12 through concepts of nutrition, exercise, rest, disease prevention and safety. Prospective health teachers will learn innovative classroom teaching strategies using the latest technology for instructional delivery. Through this preparation, the health education graduate will be highly prepared to meet the challenges of growing health concerns across our nation.
