Description

Throughout the Administrative Information Management (AIM) diploma program, students learn to set the standard in office software, productivity, organizing information and solving problems to help businesses run smoothly. This two-year program has unique benefits and is becoming a preferred credential for employers hiring administrative professionals.

Working in teams, students will hone their professionalism, critical thinking and effective communication skills. Students learn to create and manage solutions to business information needs through technology, meetings, office procedures and more. They become experts in project administration and planning events. Additionally, students will learn how to integrate business technology with real office procedures.

Students can graduate with several Microsoft Office certifications, demonstrating their advanced skills in word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation software. Working for a simulated company, students will integrate their skills to manage information and creatively solve office challenges. Their final course is a four-week practicum placement. Students apply everything they learned in a real workplace and demonstrate their career readiness.

English Proficiency Requirements:

For direct admission, applicant must be from an English speaking country or meet either of the following English test scores:

  • Min TOEFL iBT: 80 (Min Reading: 20.0, Min Writing: 20.0, Min Listening: 20.0, Min Speaking: 20.0)
  • Min IELTS overall: 6 (Min Reading: 6.0, Min Writing: 6.0, Min Listening: 6.0, Min Speaking: 6.0)
  • Min Duolingo English Test Score: 105

NOTE: Applicants interested in applying for direct admission, but are yet to complete an acceptable language test, can do so, but must provide valid results before receiving a final offer letter.

For conditional admission, you are required to provide English proficiency scores:

  • Min IELTS overall: 3.5 (Min Listening: 3.5, Min Reading: 3.5, Min Speaking: 3.5, Min Writing: 3.5)
  • Min Duolingo English Test Score: 10
