Forests and prairie, lakes and rivers and all the creatures that live in them are your focus as you prepare to be an accredited wildlife and fisheries technician. Learn:

  • field biology and botany 
  • low and high tech mapping skills
  • wilderness survival
  • how to operate field equipment and get certified
  • Check out all the applied skills

These are live the learning skills. So, you’ll be out in the field—whether navigating the campus while learning GPS, boating and electro-fishing on a lake, or identifying birds calls as part of an ornithology class.
