Through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary study, the Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree program in Africana studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) offers students an engaging curriculum that addresses various dimensions of the global African experience.
Students learn about the contributions of African-descent peoples throughout history and develop a critical lens with which to confront the challenges facing contemporary Black communities worldwide. Our faculty place top priority on providing a rewarding educational experience to all students.
