In the Dual Diploma - International Business Management and Hospitality Management program, students are able to combine the benefits of both diploma programs in order to make themselves marketable and competitive in today’s fast-paced job market.
In the International Business Management diploma program, students build the essential skills for business relations and develop confidence to present clear and concise information in business environments. Students master the skills used in traditional workplace partnerships, negotiations, sales, business relationships, e-commerce and international economics.
In the Hospitality Management program, students learn the concepts and techniques related to hotel and restaurant operations, international marketing, food preparation and service, financial analysis, accounting, front and back office operations and intercultural team dynamics.
The co-op work term is essential to develop well-rounded students, giving them the opportunity to learn practical skills that complement their academic learning. This will build on the theories they have studied and enrich their knowledge, broaden their career network, and give them much needed industry experience.
