In the Dual Diploma - Customer Relations Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist program, students are able to combine the benefits of both diploma programs in order to make themselves marketable and competitive in today’s fast-paced job market.
In the Customer Relations Specialist program, students learn the principles and implementation of the skills needed to deliver effective customer relations service in a variety of corporate and retail environments.
In the Digital Marketing Specialist diploma program, students will be introduced to core functional areas of digital marketing, such as digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), campaign management, email marketing, content marketing, online advertisement, Google web analytics, and WordPress website management.
The co-op work term is essential to develop well-rounded students, giving them the opportunity to learn practical skills that complement their academic learning. This will build on the theories they have studied and enrich their knowledge, broaden their career network, and give them much needed industry experience.
